What is our Return and Refund Policy?


We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective. If you get a defective item, follow the return process below.


Exceptions:

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Ship it back: This doesn’t apply to digital products. If you bought a digital product or service, go to step 3.

For physical items, please ship them back to us. You pay for shipping and any risks during shipping. Use a reliable shipping company and keep tracking info.(Shipping address to be provided separately)

Inspection & Refund: When we receive the item, we will check it and email you if your return is accepted. If accepted, we will refund your purchase to the original payment method. If you asked for an exchange, we will send the replacement within 24 hours after processing.
